Please read carefully!

Dear Guest,

We strive to make you feel comfortable during your holiday. We will do everything to ensure that no
circumtances destroy your peace of mind. If, despite our efforts, any disturbing factor is detected and
you are not satisfied, please let us know immediately! In order to maintain the cleanliness and order of
the accommodation and furnishings, please refrain from any activities that you would not do in your
own home.

Check in / Check out:
The accommodation is available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10:00 a.m. on the day of
departure. Depending on availabality upon request there is a possibility of early check in and late
check out. In case of early departure of the booked date, the accommodation fee will not be refunded.
The accommodation can only be used by guests in the pre-arranged number, which can be checked
by the host without prior notification.
Upon check in, you are required to hand over your data to us for transmission to the NTAK system and
for settlement of the tourist tax.

Payment:
The accommodation fee and tourist tax always payable before departure. If you leave the
accommodation before the booked period, you are still obliged to pay the accommodation fee for the
booked nights.
Payment methods: cash, transfer

Smoking:
Smoking and the use of open flames are strictly PROHIBITED inside the building. Smoking is only
allowed in designated places.
We would like to kindly ask our smoking guests not to scatter cigarettes in the courtyard or on the area
of the guest house, but to collect them and put them in the trash cans.
If legal action is taken against the accommodation provider the violator must reimburse the fees if may occour. This may result in a legal report.

Use of rooms and furnishings:
Please use the furnishings as intended. It is forbidden to take the furnishings and equipment out of the
room, including towels and bed linen.
Upon departure, the rooms will be inspected and in case of any damage, the costs will be reimbursed
on the spot.
We would like to kindly ask you not to smear the insects on the wall surface.
It is forbidden to bring or store flammable or explosive substances or means of transport (bicycles,
motorbikes) in the rooms.
When leaving the guest house, please make sure that the air conditioning and electricity are turned
off, the water taps are closed.
If you notice any malfunctions, please let us know immediately, we cannot accept subsequent
complaints.
In the event of the loss of the given keys, the guest is obliged to notify us immediately and reimburse
the costs incurred (opening the door, changing the lock).

Meal:
The guest house has a well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare simple meals. Do not place
metal objects in the microwave oven.

Cleaning:
Guests receive the guest house clean and tidy, if there is a problem with cleanliness, please let us
know, we are unable to accept subsequent complaints. We do not perform cleaning during your stay,
only on special request, you can indicate this by phone. The accommodation fee includes utility bills
and other overhead costs, towels, bed linen with covers, weekly bed linen and towel change for stays
longer than one week, and final cleaning.

Garbage disposal:
Household waste can be collected in the bins located in the kitchen, the bathroom and on the terrace
in our guest house. Full trash cans can be emptied in the garbage bin in the yard. We provide an extra
garbage bag for the garbage cans, which we ask you to place in the emptied bins.

Making a fire, making a pot, grilling:
Fires may only be made in the designated fire place, in windless conditions. After finishing, please
collect the trash and put out the fire.

Services:
Parking is free for guests. Wi-Fi is free, the password can be found on the information sheet. The
house has air conditioning.
Pets (small dogs up to 10 kg) can be brought in for an extra charge after prior consultation with the
host (daily fee HUF 1,500). We provide a drinking bowl, bed, toys, and dog poop bags for pets.
The host can be reached 24 hours a day at the following phone number: +3630-31-00-871.

Other:
You will find a small first aid kit in the kitchen cupboard. In case of a bigger problem, call the
emergency number 112! In the event of a fire, immediately start extinguishing the fire with the powder
extinguisher located in the designated place, then call the fire department at 105 and the host.
We can keep valuables left in the room for 2 months, on request we will post them within the specified
time.
In order to keep the neighbors calm, it is forbidden to make noise or listen to music in the guest house
between 22:00 and 08:00.
Please note that the accommodation provider is not in a position to assume responsibility and pay
compensation for damages resulting from events that are not his fault (natural disaster, hail, fire,
power outage, damages caused in the parking lot).
The host reserves the right not to accept guests who behave scandalously and who violate the house
rules and to immediately remove them from the accommodation. Guests are responsible for material
damage caused by guests or their pets, the damage must be reimbursed directly to the host.
